SME uses engineering standards and software to collect data, model, calculate, assess, and report on a facility’s electrical operational and safety characteristics as it pertains to arc flash incident energies and short circuit fault currents. We have proficiency using SKM and ETAP software.
Equipment Evaluation & Protective Device Coordination
SME can perform Equipment Evaluation for a facility to determine if equipment falls within operational and safety parameters. We can also perform a coordination study between protective devices to make sure the facility’s electrical system is functionally protective and safe for personnel. We have proficiency using SKM and ETAP software.
Solar & Battery Array Sizing and Design
SME can design and spec a Solar and Battery system for your project given your parameters or using typical engineering standards. We can also create a drawing package for construction, and tie-in 3rd party systems into your site documentation.
Control Panel Design
SME can design, model, and create a drawing package for an industrial control panel. We have experience with Rockwell Automation, Emerson, and ABB systems control systems. We have proficiency using Autodesk products, including AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor.
Documentation As-Builts
We can as-built your documentation by either using data collection provided or by visiting the site and collecting the data ourselves.
