Policy
Due to the nature of the products, there will generally be no need to return a product if an issue arises, but free replacements can be provided based on the information below. Exchanges can also be made if desired.
SME guarantees all ted-ee.com products against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the material used on the product. A manufacturer defect is defined as an unintended flaw that occurs during the production, assembly, or material sourcing of a product, causing it to deviate from its intended design and/or become dysfunctional or break within designed parameters. This also assumes the product has been properly taken care of based on typical guidelines. The lifetime of a material will be determined from technical consensus, and you can refer to these guides for information on proper care of typical plastic materials.
Products that break outside of designed parameters can also be replaced for free, except the buyer will pay for shipping costs. There is a 60 day window on these issues.
You can contact us to initiate this process, and we will begin handling the request within (3) business days. If possible, please provide picture evidence of any issues.
Any other returns and refunds will be discretionary. Please reach out if you have any issues!
